When I wrote No Ordinary Girl I focused on growing up, my swimming career, winning a Silver Medal at the 2000 Paralympic Games, getting a diagnosis of Dystonia and generally living with a severe mental illness.
This blog will be more directed at my life since it was written and how my disability in general has impacted the day-to-day of how I live; things that have helped me and changes I have made and would like to make.
