Having Cerebral Palsy, Dopa-Responsive Dystonia and a mental illness has made it difficult for me to

  1. Use public transport
  2. Stay up late (as I tire very easily)
  3. Cut up my own food
  4. Open cans, jars and cartons
  5. Manipulate clips, buttons and zippers
  6. Lift anything out of the oven and off the stove
  7. Keep up with the handwriting speed of my peers
  8. Speak (when the dystonia is at its worst)
  9. Move easily
  10. Walk distances
  11. Negotiate uneven ground
  12. Balance
  13. Lockup and leave my house
  14. Live independently
